At Arttd’inox, we strive to ensure your premium stainless steel homeware arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return, or contact our concierge team with your order ID and photos of the product.

  Quality Assessment

  Our team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact before approving the pickup.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the stainless steel items in their original protective box to prevent any scratches or dents during transit and hand it over to our authorized courier partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once the returned product passes our warehouse inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
